Alex is our lead tech and a graduate with a Master of Science in Applied Exercise Science from Concordia University Chicago and he also graduated from FSU with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology. He is bilingual in Spanish and is a huge asset here at AMF.

Alex is a family guy and believes in putting family first. In his free time, he enjoys working out, going for walks on the beach with his puppy Kilo, running, golfing, traveling the world, and DJ’ing or mixing music whenever he can.

His goal is to be an Exercise Specialist that specializes in quality of life and longevity. I hope to continue helping everyone, regardless of age or background, feel like they are an ‘athlete’ because they are. Think of your favorite hobbies such as golf, fishing, walking the dog, and even cleaning or cooking as your sport. Why not train to be able to perform those activities with ease.
